How can I buy products through the e-shop?

The purchase process is easy and simple, you select the category of clothes you are interested in from the menu at the top of the website (if you want you can also use the search filters on the left side of the clothes page to find by type, size , color or brand).
 Once you find what you want, select the size and then click "Add to Cart", if you want to complete your purchase, click on the "basket" icon on the top right and then follow the instructions that appear there.

How can I pay for my purchases?

For the best service we have chosen to use the most common payment methods:
Upon completion of your order, you have the opportunity to pay:
by credit, prepaid or debit card,
COD (additional cost 2 €),
by bank transfer,
and also payment at the store if you have chosen to pick up from the store.

I'm not from the area, can you send the order?

Our store provides the possibility of sending orders throughout Greece with the company Speedex with an additional cost of three euros (3 €).
For purchases in Greece that exceed 50€ there is no shipping cost, and for Cyprus 80€.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?

For your own safety, we are not able to accept sensitive information regarding your credit / debit card over the phone.
The online identification process is immediate and is activated every time a credit card is used in our e-shop, creating a secure e-commerce channel.
 All card payments are processed through Pireaus Bank's "e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Also there is the opportunity to pay via vivawallet.

When is my order shipped?

All orders are processed as soon as possible.
If an order is placed after 17.00 it will be sent the next working day.
Orders placed by 17.00 are shipped the same day.

I received the product and it does not work for me, do you make changes?

Changes must be made within 10 days
Changes are always made after communication to tel 2721096629– or via e-mail
A condition for a return is that the product is returned new, unused with all the tabs attached to it, no product will be accepted if it is returned in any condition other than the original.
The product is sent to us (along with the purchase receipt) at your own expense and we return the product back to you free of charge.
In case of change of the offer the change will be made only with product of the offer. In swimwear and jewelry, returns are not made for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are not possible.
